Careers
Who You’ll Work With
Healthcare in Canada is a source of national pride. Although over 40% of provincial budgets are targeted to healthcare, our systems struggle with rising costs, wait times, and expectations. We work closely with health system leaders in public and private sector organizations across a range of their most important issues, challenges, and opportunities. You will work closely with colleagues and clients to develop responses to some of the most confounding questions and challenges facing health systems across Canada. Your work will help our clients develop and implement impactful, sustainable, and patient-centered strategies, and help them deliver value for the healthcare system and the taxpayers who fund it.
Tools You’ll Use
Our Consultants primarily use Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and SQL to answer our clients’ questions. Python and QGIS are used less frequently, on an as-needed basis. Prior experience with these tools is not required for consideration at the firm but will be considered an asset.
What You’ll Bring
- Post-secondary degree, complete or in-progress
- Outstanding achievement in academics as well as other interests
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong entrepreneurial drive
- Openness to learning both formally and informally
- Strong commitment to personal and professional growth
